Leadership Team
David Oram – Co‑Founder & Technical Director
David has more than 16 years in the digital sector, leading development teams and delivering complex integrations for payment providers, and global eCommerce platforms. His experience spans senior roles at OPMC, SecurePay, ANZ, and Searchworld, with deep expertise in PHP development, API integrations, and technical solution design. David is also a specialist in WCAG and Accessibility web development with extensive training and expertise in this field.
As Technical Director at Solvehop, David leads architecture, development, and quality assurance to ensure every project is robust, secure, and maintainable. He combines hands-on technical skills with clear, non-technical communication so stakeholders know exactly what is being delivered and why it matters to the business.
Graeme Wattie – Co‑Founder & Commercial Director
Graeme is a business development and partnerships leader with 15 years of experience growing technology, eCommerce, and on-demand businesses across ANZ and the US. He has led revenue turnarounds, built multimillion-dollar pipelines, and delivered partnerships with global platforms and payment providers, always with a focus on clear communication and practical commercial outcomes.
At Solvehop, Graeme oversees sales, partnerships, and client success, making sure every project is strategically aligned, clearly scoped, and set up for long-term value. Known for a friendly and honest style, he enjoys collaborating closely with clients, tech partners, and suppliers to create solutions that scale.
